Felicia Tham
Support Facilitator
​Felicia served 28 years as a human resource practitioner in the Singapore military and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (HR Management).With deep expertise in human capital, she brings extensive experience in performance and life coaching.
​
She is a Certified Global Provider for TRE® and coached trained under the Coaching Partnership, Singapore. Felicia believes a calm, balanced life leads to mental clarity and the freedom to pursue happiness in its own form.
She is passionate about being a catalyst for others to live joyful lives.Avid in travel and cultural exploration, her dream is to share TRE’s benefits with communities worldwide, especially the underprivileged.

COMB facilitated a residential leadership workshop in Bali designed to explore the deep connection between mind, body, and leadership.​

Over two days and one night, the immersive experience helped participants release emotional imprints and realign team dynamics for stronger collaboration.
​
Within six months, the client shared that the leaders who attended demonstrated noticeable growth; in presence, clarity, and the courage to lead with transformation.

COMB delivered a customized leadership program for 10 managers and directors in the management consulting industry.​
The goal was to strengthen trust, enhance communication, and cultivate a growth mindset among the leadership team.

According to stakeholder feedback, the program achieved all of these outcomes - and more. Leaders reported a newfound ability to engage in constructive conflict without compromising performance, leading to healthier team dynamics and stronger collaboration.

COMB delivered public workshops for middle managers in Indonesia, tackling a key challenge: influencing upwards while leading downwards.
Many were highly driven yet unable to create meaningful impact, they are lacking the integration of knowledge, body awareness, and communication.
Our workshops equipped them with practical tools they applied immediately, earning the trust of both their teams and senior stakeholders.

As keynote speaker at Biofarma’s Innovation Award, COMB’s founder shared her personal journey of adversity, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership; reminding the audience that true strength often begins where comfort ends.

Her session also emphasized a key ingredient for driving innovation within a leading pharmaceutical company: cultivating high trust while embracing diverse perspectives.

COMB facilitated a Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE®) session as part of a client’s year-end retreat in Bali.
​
Set within a serene art exhibition space, the session was designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies and gently release deep-seated stress. The experience offered a safe and grounding path to inner restoration, supporting mental well-being and emotional balance.

COMB led the first workshop for Luminihsan, a community of professional Muslim women.
The session combined knowledge, somatic practices, and practical tools tailored for the participants, and was so well received that many shared the same feedback: it felt too short and left them wanting more.
